INITIAL CONSULTATION

When you get in touch we will arrange a time that suits for me to come to your space to talk through your needs, your style and what you’re hoping to achieve. This will take between 1-2 hours and will be completely complimentary!

DESIGN SERVICES

During the measure, design and sourcing stages of your project (where applicable) there will be a charge of £30 per hour. All chargeable hours will be documented and itemised, and will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences.

PROPERTY INSTALL/STAGING

ADVISORY CONSULTATIONS

For clients designs that are project managed by us, there will inevitably be an “install day” - think ‘Changing Rooms with Carol Smillie’ style! (I know, I’m showing my age). Depending on the size of the project there will be a flat rate charge for this. A half day rate of £90 shall be incurred for install times of up to 4 hours. A full day rate of £180 shall be incurred for install times of up to 8 hours.

This option is perfect for those interior lovers who would just like some advice on colours, layouts or just general options for your project; think of it as a problem solving opportunity! I will visit you for up to 2 hours where we can discuss any and all areas that you would like some advice on for just £80. Please note that an advisory consultation is purely a meeting and does not include any mood boards, specific designing or sourcing.

Please note that, once a project has been agreed and budget approved, a non-refundable £100 deposit (per room) will confirm the commencement of work

For fully-managed projects there shall be a 10% service charge for purchasing and handling of items and deliveries

Travel costs will be incurred for journeys out-with the Aberdeen City area
